Turner Apartments consists of 48 apartments - 47 one bedroom plans and 1 two bedroom plan. All one bedroom plans are approximately 550 square feet. The two bedroom plan is approximately 700 square feet.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) offers assistance for seniors who meet the requirements of the federal program. Rents are based on a resident's adjusted gross income which is calculated by subtracting approved medical expenses from their gross income. Other deductions may also apply. The resident then pays 30% of the adjusted income.
